Suzanne Rawlings helps her husband run his empire. She primarily manages the Gas Monkey Bar N’ Grill franchise and has helped expand the reach of the restaurant. In the past two years, they have opened several locations in prime locations including Harker Heights, Texas, Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut, and Key West, Florida.

Rawlings and her husband grew from a small garage to now appearing on a reality TV show. They also expanded into a restaurant, Gas Monkey Bar N’ Grill, and music venues known as Gas Monkey Life, and even launched an energy drink called Gas Monkey Energy. She and her husband now employ more than 600 people under her rule.

Richard’s dreams of rebuilding a car stayed with him, and he got his start as a businessman by opening Promo Wipes, a company that prints logos and advertisements on luxury paper towels. He later expanded his business and in 1999 opened Lincoln Press, a print shop that he started with his sister.
