Kayna’s husband Rhett Lewis (March 23, 1983 ) is an American media personality who serves as the host for the NFL Network. He is the host of Path to the Draft and can also be seen on NFL Now, NFL Total Access. Previously, he worked as a broadcaster and reporter at WHDH in Boston.

Kayna and her husband met while they were working in WHDH (Boston, Massachusetts).

During the Hawaiian volcano eruption, Kaina was on a family vacation with her husband and son Conway in 2018. She had to leave her family behind to cover the eruption of Mount Kilauea in Hawaii. At the time, their son Conway was eight months old.
